3 weeks difference lifting!

This is my before and during at three weeks when I started cardio and lifting! Before that I was losing weight with just my diet alone. I feel so much stronger, it's only about 13 lbs difference and my pants are waaay looser. Not only does working out help my body but also my mind. I went from couch potato to lifting three times a week and keeping active everyday. I hope this helps anyone whose struggling with the exercise component! Just take it day by day and keep putting one foot in front of the other :)u50p716vuim5.jpg
