i gained weight on weigh watchers and faithfully recorded and weighed and measured and I gained weight. That being said my doctor put me on the coconut Ketogenic diet and I finally started to loose weight but I still have to keep my carbs very low because he said I have metabolic resiatant to carbs. I also have to have high fat as MTC oil, coconut oil, olive oil and butter or ghee, but it works
