Calories different on MFP

anyone else have a smart watch? (M400) when I worked out on the elliptical today it said I burned 459 calories; but on my fitness pal it says it would've been 925 ? Which would oh go with?? I mean it's a HUGE difference or I would've just gone with my watch. Just curious.

MFP overestimates burns hugely, thus people generally eat back half.0
