Hi there, my name is Julie and I have just joined this community. I'm getting back into exercising to help get in better shape so that I can be a healthier person. I really dislike exercise in general, so I thought if I joined a site like this where I can track my exercise and such that it will help motivate me to keep doing it. I'm focusing more on just exercise right now, getting my endurance up, strengthening my heart. Later on I would like to lose weight as well, but it's not my primary goal at this point. I think making some online exercise friends will help too, so feel free to friend me!

    Welcome to MFP! I hope you find this website/forum useful, I know I did. It's fantastic to see you attempting to get more into exercise. I too would rather not DO exercise but it really does benefit my body and my heart. I think your plan to focus solely on the exercise aspect of things before the weight loss will really help you in the long-run drop the desired pounds. Wishing you the best of luck.
