Would just doing Kettlebell Swings be a good workout??

Hi everyone

Not posted for a while, hope everyone is well :-)

I do a class every day at the gym and one of my faves is Kettlebells but on the days, like today, where I can't get to the gym at lunch, would doing a Kettlebell swing routine in the evening be a good workout...Your probably al wondering why I don't just do a Fitness Blender workout or go running etc but the truth is I like to keep it simple especially because when I work out at home I lose motivation but I love KB swings and would be quite happy doing them in the evenings when I can't get there at lunch...

    Short answer, yes.
    But it wouldn't hurt to maybe add some burpees, push ups or squats with them.

    It would be on part with just running, or just jumping rope, or something else of a primarily cardio nature

    Depends on ur goals but yes very good all over body workout!!

    It is like deadlifts to me

    A quick day can be only deads or KBS

    Everyone is different. For me, no, KB swings only would not be a good workout for the day.
