Accountability

OK. Until recently I was living abroad (Russia to be precise) as part of my university degree. I was doing fairly well with logging, and shopping for myself meant that I could easily make sure there weren't large quantities of things to snack on. Now, however, I've moved back home for the summer. We have a big family, augmented with foster kids, and there are people coming and going constantly. Despite that we all eat together a lot of the time, and while the meals are healthy, portions tend to be bigger than I would make myself. I've been hesitant to be all 'nah I can't eat that' or 'I'm trying to lose weight please let me eat less' because I know making a big deal of it could be a trigger for my foster sister, and I'm trying to avoid that!
In all honesty, even the bigger portions wouldn't be a problem, except there's extra food in the fridge/cupboards all the time, and I'm falling back into bad habits and 'grazing' between meals. It's no-one's fault but my own, and I'm trying to cut down again, but the last few days haven't been the best, nutrition-wise!

This is where you come in - I'd like a couple of people who would be willing to keep me accountable. Check my diary from time to time and go 'did you really need chocolate twice today?' 'was that kitkat necessary?' or 'don't forget to workout - it's a 20 minute DVD, get yourself together!' If that's something you feel you could/would like to do, please wizz me a friend request and say hi? I think it'd be really helpful, and I'm very happy to support you in whatever way in return :) Don't be afraid to be a little bit mean if I look like I'm giving up!

tl;dr: I suck at self-control, and I would appreciate someone bullying me into making good choices while I practice.

Thanks, look forward to meeting some new people!
