HIP HOP ABS - I am thinking about buying this... any suggestions?

    I have it and love it. I fell off the wagon with it last week being sick and stuff, but i'm restarting it this Monday :) Shaun T rocks.

    I just started HipHop Abs last week! I am hoping it will help get rid of my abs and stomache...that is where I carry almost all my weight! any suggestions? And can anyone share how they log their workout under exercise???
