Hi Team, the goal is clean eating and the plan is to keep it basic. Please share how you cook and/or season your protein and lean meat. I would love to hear about your recipe(s) and serving size for egg whites (breakfast) and tilipia(lunch/ dinner), two healthy choices used when going for a lean body builder physique but also two difficult meals to stomach because the taste is bland. Love to hear (flavorful) healthy suggestions for your morning egg whites and your lunch/dinner choice of tilipia.

Eggs: eat the yolk. Scramble, fry, boil the whole eggs. Taste problem solved :)
Tilapia: Like any other fish, fillets grilled or fried, fish stew, seafood soup. Just had actually tilapia + shrimp with sauce over pasta, delicious and very spicy.

Egg whites - 1 cup of chopped kale or power greens with a teaspoon of seasoned rice vinegar and a half cup whites, nuked (it is good because the eggs are steamed), dash of rooster sauce

fish: brushed with one teaspoon of miso and one teaspoon of pure maple syrup, place on parchment and baked

I poach my eggs in water. All my fish I sear it with grapeseed oil. Just put salt on both sides and cook it
