10 STONE OVERWEIGHT!!!!!! :o

So this morning I weighed myself, measured everything and I'm all set to go!
I have EXACTLY 140 pounds to lose....That's a whopping 10 STONE!
Can some people please send masses of encouragement, motivation and inspiration pretty please?!?

I've broke it all into chunks of what I want to aim for each month, I've written a list of mini rewards for each stone lost and I'm constantly keeping a little notebook of things I hate about being the size that I am now.....Anything else I should do?

I think I'm mostly set....Just missing some accountability..
Feel free to add me...Get on my back and push me to lose this whole person!!!

    Be patient, weigh and measure your food, log as accurately as you can/care to, stay hydrated, find an exercise you enjoy. It will take time, but you can do it. I have this as my inspiration to get through the tough days:

    You keep going at it. If you have a bad day. Or a bad meal... (In your mind anyway) .. Just start again that next moment. Eventually good habits form and it gets a little easier.

    Oh and like previous poster said ... Weigh or measure EVERYTHING. That's been the best thing I've done. If it goes in my body I have to log it.

    Ten stone is a great figure as it will make out working your percentage progress to your goal really easy.
