stuck in weight loss after a point

Hi
Myself tanu..cuerently weight 54kgs..height 5 ft..age 31 years..mom of one baby girl of 1.5 years
Im doing workout for past 4 months. At that time i weigh 60 kgs.
In 3 months i lost 6 kgs.

Im following diet plan and doing proper workout also.
(Approx. 50 min of aerobics + 20 min cardio + 30 min weight training) atleast 6 days a week.
What should i do to loss another 5 kgs??
Plz help!!

Do you weigh everything you eat? How often do you weigh? Can you open your diary?0

There are three reasons you aren't losing weight:
* You are overestimating your TDEE/exercise calories.
* You are underestimating your food calories.
* A combination of the above two.
Food scale. If you don't want to weigh everything, or just don't to buy a food scale, at least measure everything. For overestimation of calories burned, only eat back ~50% of the calories MFP says you burned. That 50% will need a bit of tweaking to you.0 -
Eat less.
