Question about workout diary....

Newbie here...I entered a strength workout that I did yesterday. It didn't add calories burned or count as time towards my weekly workout....why am I logging it in then?? Help please! Thanks!

    If you want to log strength training for calories, then log it as cardio (strength training).

    The point of the strength training logging is to track what you lifted so you know how much to lift the next time. However, I find the app pretty poor for that and instead use a google spreadsheet.
