1) Run for weeks pushing a 30lb toddler in a 25lb jogging stroller. Be sad at how slow you are.
2) Run on a cool morning with no toddler or stroller. Rejoice at how fast you are! It feels easy at your 5k pace! You are flying!
3) Crash and burn on the back half of your run because you ran waaaay to fast during step 2.
