Hi all! I'm not new to MFP, however I've been through hell and back. Was married for 11 years and 2 months to a very abusive man and ended up fleeing from him with my children and I was using MFP at that point and ended up stopping because I was so depressed. I ended up losing 30lbs in a month and a half before I realized just how much I had lost and snapped myself back into reality. At that point I was able to maintain the 154 lbs, (I'm 6'0, so it didn't look bad at all). I don't have a scale at my mothers place so I can't tell you how much I weigh right now, however I do know that I'm gaining weight because some of my new clothes are getting right on me.
I'd love some support from like minded individuals, so feel free to add me

Respect to you for getting yourself and your children out of a nasty situation with that horrible man. You'll find loads of support here, good luck with your goals :]0
