It left me famished and weak with huge uncontrollable cravings, my family hated being around me.

    DON'T DIET! !!!
    Change your lifestyle.
That's a completely different concept and the only way to keep the weight off long-term.

I have not tried this particular diet, but I have tried many other diets. The only time I lost weight on any diet was when I ate at a calorie deficit. If I did the diet and did not eat less calories than I burned, I did not lose weight.

The calorie deficit alone is what causes weight loss, no special diet necessary.

Nope, I did my diet. It's much better. Eat healthy food, exercise, get enough sleep.

    Down 94 pounds.

TerriAnn can sit in the corner.

First post and digs up necro thread from ten months ago just to endorse this diet. Seems legit.

No where in the FAQs does it mention Terri Ann's qualifications (certifications, degrees). Is that on the site somewhere? And the testimonials all look like tabloids, the kind that in my grocery store have headlines like "Brangelina to adopt alien baby."

Hope it works for you--please take care of yourselves!
