Hey what's up yall... I'm trying to get rid of a problem and not trying to resort to surgery for it... I used to be obease when I was younger and through the years I lost a lot of weight... Which lead to me having sagging skin. At first I thought it was fat so I dropped down to 126 and it looked worse. So I decided to bulk and build muscle but now that I'm there in am trying to get defined. yo2x6sy6xsl9.jpg

Do you mean around your waistline? I don't see much loose skin there - i see body fat. I would eat around maintenance calories and continue lifting heavy. :+1:

oh, man...if it wouldn't be the most humiliating thing i've done in recent memory, i'd post a picture of myself shirtless for comparison. it'd definitely boost your self esteem.

i've taken to calling this thing on the front of my body the "flesh colored fanny pack". :)

you're much younger than i am, and if you continue to stay on track, you'll get to watch it vanish over time, if you're lucky - but it takes a while. not as long as it's gonna take me, though. :)

Looks like you've had some significant lean mass gains. Looking at your arms and collarbone area, 'tho, it looks like your body fat is still in the 20%-ish range -- might want to try cutting for a while (continue to lift of course) to see what kind of definition you can bring out. If you end up defined everywhere except the belly area, then it's time to work on plan B. At your age, simple patience may be all you need to the skin to snap back.
