I Started my journey 09/11

Hello all! I am looking to loose 85lbs. I would really appreciate some helpful advice or support. I am currently 5'6 and weigh 225lbs my goal weight is 140. I am trying to loose half of this weight by my birthday Dec 10th.

I have tried several times and have failed due to lost motivation and my work and full-time school schedule. I am really pushing for the finish line this time around! I'm just trying to stay on track and stay motivated. I am open to any suggestions.

    A little tip - In order to stay motivate, make this sustainable. Allow a little of what you love - moderation is key. You can do this, I promise you that. Just stay strong, keep your head up and keep going. Good luck.
