Got a notification saying it will stop sending notification

I use my the MFP on my iphone. I haven't been good about logging food for the past week or so and today I received a message stating "These messages don't seem to be helping so we will stop sending them to you". But I still want them! I logged on right away and logged what I ate today. How do I make sure I still get iPhone notifications?

    That is weird never have I gotten anything like that. You have to request to stop notification if you don't want them.

    I've turned mine off . but had to do it from a PC
