I been doing 1/2 cup of 1% cottage cheese mixed with 1 whole can of chunky light tuna (water drained). 170 calories with 33grams protein. Really good and filling

I'm going to jump on the bandwagon and pick cottage cheese. That or a whey protein shake. Both are delicious and filling.

PB2 on an apple. Tuna for breakfast (I like cottage cheese in it too) and this week I discovered a scrambled egg mixed with 2T hummus on toast tastes kind of like egg salad.

Arditarose- How do you make protein fluff?

Now to the question- I like tuna, love cottage cheese and fruit like pineapple or berries. Love PB2 as well on toast or apples etc. veggie and fruit tray with hummus-

No matter how hard I try I can't get down cottage cheese. I like Greek yogurt though and almonds. Occasionally I'll have a protein bar.

Skyr yogurt from Iceland. It is high protein and low calories. I normally buy the honey flavoured version.

A 150 gram serving has 110 calories and 14 grams of protein.

An added benefit is that it is delicious :)

I pickle some of my hard boiled eggs with onions and sriracha. Spicy, vinegary yumminess.

I use 20 grams of casein protein powder, 6 grams xanthan gum, about 8-10 oz of any liquid (water, milk, whatever you want), and mix with hand mixer (or stand if you have one) for 15 minutes. I add PB2, chocolate chips. You can add whatever you want though. That's the most basic recipe. A lot of people use fruit but I don't like fruit calories...prefer chocolate ;)

Of course the recipe is on my phone, and I can't have it out at work. But, I know it's vinegar, sliced onion, water and sriracha. You bring it to a boil, then let it simmer. Let it cool, and pour it over peeled hard boiled eggs. Then toss in the fridge. I shook the jar up every day, and just left them in there til used up. (Longest I've had them is about 10 days.)

I love the Smithfield Ready Snack Go! They sell them at Walmart in the section where the Lunchables are at. The ones I buy are only 90cal and 10g protein. They taste really good.

The Body Fortress Whey protein powder from Walmart is great in a smoothie with 1/2 low fat yogurt, 1/2 c skim milk, 1/2 c frozen raspberries and 1/4 c orange juice. Very good, high protein and can be meal replacement if in a hurry and on the run.
