You scroll through the motivation sites and there's these skinny chicks WHINING! You want to slap them. Then you get to the ones that make you go "YO DUDE" I'm 60 I don't say "YO DUDE" I say "Are you fu&&**ing kidgging me" I know all in perspective...you may think you are fat and the rest of the world would give their left arm to look like you. We need them all, the ones who accomplished major weight losses and those who think a few lbs. off would make them feel better. I am in the major weight loss category and would love you to befriend me.

    Hi you can add me. I am 34 and I used to have a friend named della in real life she was in her 60s and she had diabetes she did not take care of herself right and she died as a complication of diabetes. It really made me want to be healthy bc she was only 62. She was a really good person and always did for others.

    anyway sorry for the downer but I am trying to lose alot too like 80 lbs!
