hi all. Just joined and to be honest looking forward to doing this. It's about time I did something about my general health and this is a good place to start. I hope to chat along my long journey and perhaps give and take motivation when needed! Is there a barcode reader that can scan packets in the supermarkets so I can see the best options?

Hi !! Yes there is a scanner..saves a lot of time!! I save it of my meals I eat the same time also so that way I'm not entering stuff one ingredient at a time... but welcome and Good luck!!
