I so want to be focused this time. I have been here before and got away from the structure that this wonderful community of people can offer. I am eager to get back on track. I would gladly accept new and old friends. I promise to be very supportive. jack

    Hi, I am Mark near Philadelphia. I am doing k logging. But I want some health minded people to get more active with. Walking, Hiking, biking..occasional yoga and weight machines. I am in the Philadelphia suburbs (Bucks/Montgomery counties). Let's have fun and get healthy by supporting and encouraging each other here and in groups.
