So I'm very annoyed with myself. I'm always on and off this app and haven't lost weight in almost a year but the good thing is that I've maintained the same weight for that year. Its time to change tho and I reallllly wud love all the motivation I can get. Thank you loves xo

Maintaining isn't such a bad thing! You can do this! It's never starting over..it's continuing from where you left off... get organized, plan your food and get moving!!0
