Infuse your iced tea!
I make a lot of iced tea (mostly unsweetened), and I started getting creative. I now use different fruits and herbs to flavor black and green tea.
I originally had the idea when a bar I go to started infusing their own vodkas. I loved their blood orange and sage infused vodka, and I wanted those flavors in everything. So I made some iced tea infused with orange and sage.
8 cups of water
6 black tea bags
1/2-1 blood (or regular) orange, sliced or cut in chunks
5-8 sage leaves, torn into a few pieces
1 tablespoon of sugar (if it seems bitter)
Bring the water almost to a boil, toss everything in. Let it steep and cool. Just thought I'd share.

That sounds delicious! I've never tried infusing, but I recently read a post about freezing raspberries and using them as ice cubes in water to add a little flavor.0

Citrus Ginger Green Tea
1 1-inch piece of ginger peeled and sliced
1 orange thinly sliced, leaving the peel on
1 lemon thinly sliced, leaving the peel on
2 family size green tea bags (8 single bags)
1 tablespoon honey or to taste (optional)
Heat 1 qt of water with ginger slices to just boiling. Remove from heat and add tea bags, steep for 3-4 minutes. Add the fruit slices and steeped tea to a gallon pitcher. Let stand about 10-15 minutes, then add honey and stir. Add enough ice and cold water to fill the pitcher.
Taste will be stronger the second day. Rub fruit slices against the back of a slotted spoon to release some juices.
