Which no gym program to follow ?

I like following videos for calisthenics/no gym full body toning. But, I don't know how often to do which muscle group. For example Should I do legs again in 2 days, or 4?
Do any of you know of a YouTube "program" to follow? I've been looking.. and wondering if you have had tried something like this. I have dedicated 30-45 minutes a day and I want to make the most of it to get fit!
