Calculating maintenance cals for goal weight?

Is there a formula to determine this? (I don't want to mess with my mfp stats!) I'm just curious if eating at my maintenance calories for my goal weight would be a good strategy?? Thoughts?

I just changed my song from 1 lb a week to maintenence and boom it gave me maintenance then went back and changed it to the 1 lb a week again. It's easy, of you choose to search the net you can find 10 does snd get 10 different values.0

Sorry saw too late you were looking for maintenance and not TDEE ( post removed)0

I meant my weight..if I change my weight on mfp to say my goal weight to see what my maintenance calories would be, I wouldn't want my weight loss graph to be all screwy!0

You can enter your goal weight...let it calculate maintenance...then delete that entry off...then recalculate at your current weight. I have done it before and everything is fine.
Or...

This is a site that advocates setting your calorie goal and at the level of your goal weight. Weight loss will be slower but when you do hit goal you will already be eating for that level.
