My name is Mandy and I started back with this app a few days ago. My biggest concern is the weekend approaching with a party and football games coming up. Seem to have the hardest times in social situations to say no. Just wanted to say hi! And hope that I can maybe find someone to help
Keep my accountable especially on the weekend !

    I know the struggle with weekends - for me, they have always been a bit of a challenge but a challenge I'm willing to meet head on. It doesn't have to difficult - You can still have those social days and you can still go to parties. My advice to you would be log what you eat, no matter what it is or how much. Don't worry if you go over your calories, just make sure you are inputting your food and are aware of what you are consuming. This type of behaviour will help you in the long-run to make 'better choices'. However - don't be afraid to have a 'naughty weekend' food-wise. It's totally okay. We are human and not designed to restrict, restrict, restrict. Enjoy.

    I agree with pink pixie, with you just starting out, get used to logging everything! If you go over its ok as it makes you aware of the foods that are the "naughty
