Hi! Anybody here need to loose big time? I am trying this for the first time...1200 calories a day is tough! Any suggestions?

Who put you on 1200 cal a day? Advice - no sugar, no white flours, portion control with proteins and grains, lots of fruits and vegetables. Especially vegetables. And be sure to get your water in! You can do this. I've lost 86lbs so far and am counting down the next 98. Friend me if you'd like and my Food Diary is open to peak at how I eat.0
