Hello Everyone!
A little about me. I have lost a total 85lbs so far (60 recently). I have at least 15 more to go to where I would feel ok (this would still not put me in a "normal" BMI range, but when I was this weight several years ago I was happy with it!
I started trying to lose weight just over 5 months ago. I was successful for the first few months and was able to stay motivated. Now for the past 2+ weeks I have been eating really badly and only working out about 1/3 what I was before. My weight loss journey is far from over, so now I am back and looking for motivation! When I was on here before I only used it for logging, never for the community aspect! I am thinking that this could be just what I need to keep motivated on my journey!
Do any of you have tips for staying motivated? Please add me if you would like to help motivate each other, I am a great listener and a good motivator
