i signed up for this site awhile back but never really used it. I have tried it all i workout like crazy went from benching 100 pounds to maxing out at 295 and eating right and i am still obese i mean i went from 199 to 240 and im in the best shape of my life but with the way my body looks you would think im lazy i really love the transformation i see on this site so if you have any advice and encouragement i would love to hear it all my ears or wide open

    It's good to see you are motivated. Have you thought about introducing some cardio work out's to your plan?

    yeah im slowly getting back into cardio instead of doing distance i do hills
