It's been a long journey...

I started my weight loss journey in July 2014 weighing around 17 stone 11 pound. After having my daughter things changed and I knew I had to get my eating habits changed. I was desperate to be a good role model. Since then I lost a lot of weight and am down to 12 stone 7 pounds. As it's been such a long journey until now I find myself struggling to stick to my daily calorie goal.I seem to crave chocolate at the moment which is rather unusual for me as I prefer savoury foods.On my days off I am very active. I walk a lot, do fat burning yoga and go to the gym when I get chance. I am just after a bit of motivation as I don't want to go to maintenance yet as I want to lose at least another stone. Thank you in advance x

Maybe take a break and eat at maintenance for a while. And regarding the chocolate, work into your allotment for the day. Congrats on your weight loss so far!!0

5stone4lbs = 74lbs => Good for you! That's amazing.
I'd work out your new calorie goal, work in some treats like chocolate, and keep focused on bringing the weight down. If you're constantly feeling hungry/craving, try also making sure the foods you are eating aren't very calorie dense - vegetables, for example, are filling, have more of those as it'll cost you almost nothing in calories and may help you feel more satisfied.
I wouldn't out and out deny yourself foods you want, but plan them in in moderation.
Good luck
