The start of my 6 month transformation.

Hello everyone! I've officially started my 6 month transformation this past Monday. I love working out and being at the gym and that hasn't been much of an issue for me, but what has is the eating. I know I'm not along here so would love the motivation and support!
I made it through week 1 and I believe I ate pretty darn good all week, today (Saturday) I treat myself to a cheat meal. Even though I was eating right I wasn't really tracking it and I have done a lot of research and one of the top things to keep in mind in really change your body is to know exactly what you're taking in and tracking it. At least until you really get the hang of it all. That is why I don't want to rush this process and have a time limit on getting nice abs in a month, or toner arms and such. I don't want to have to diet every 2-3 months to be happy about how I look. I want to be able to learn to maintain it and only improve. Sunday I will officially start really trying to hit my macros and see how that works for me! But I would love get advise and just opinions on what works for the rest.

You don't want to put a time limit, yet you want to do it in 6 months. Alright. Good luck!

Time limit as in a month or 6 weeks, I'm sorry I wasn't clear.
I've achieved my goals in a short time frame but that is through dieting, I guess I don't want to diet I just want to really learn and adopt in a healthy eating lifestyle so I wouldn't have to diet but eat regularly.
