I gotta get started! I have lost the weight, I am active, but I do not "exercise" per se. I know the cardio needs the work out and that I need to put on some walking shoes and hit the pavement. I have had my reasons, medical ones and lazy ones, too, that have kept horizontal and lounging at home. But, at least I have been eating very clean. : )

Welcome! I just started 3 weeks ago. Walking everyday and started strengthening. .. I'm trying to eat clean also.... so best of luck and again Welcome0
