Hello my fellow fitnesspal users! My name is Serena, I am a 21 year old college student who is trying to turn my life around and live a healthy and more active life. I first joined MFP when I was 18 and succeeded in reaching my goal weight of 130. I maintained it for about 6 months before I began to focuse on gaining muscle and my weight went up to 140. However since last year,( when I first started college) I have not been working out on a regular basis, and my weight has gone up to 150. I am ready to continue to strive for a healthy active life style! And I am very excited to be part of the MFP community once again
