Hi everyone! I recently started counting my weekly calories instead of daily but Im having troUble figuring out the mfp charts.

I dont understand the "Net Calories Under Weekly Goal" what does that mean? Should I meet my 1300 or should I eat below/above that to maintain my weight? I hope Im making sense.
I usually save up my calories for the weekends, thats why on S&S my intake is high...

Your average achieved is less than your goal, 1070 vs 1210 in the bottom case. That's 140 per day * 7 = 981 for the week. You ate 981 net calories less than you intended over the whole week.0
