Sadly no. But I've heard it matters what type of c section u had. If they cut ur muscles rather than work around them I've heard it's near imposs. But if they were not cut it's doable. But that was not told to me by a medical prof so I'd love to hear an answer from someone qualified. My c section was emergent, my scar, now ten years old, runs almost hip to hip (creating a lovely lump/ apron effect) and my muscles were cut. But my preemie is alive n perfect so fair trade!

Good point Thank you for sharing! ! 2 of mine were emergency. My 1st 2000, My uterus ruptured on my 2nd 2003 & my 3rd May 2014 was a miracle they said I could never carry another pregnancy planned c-section. Yes more than grateful that they are all alive & well. I too am cut hip to hip 15 yrs ago 12 yrs ago & 16 mos ago.

I also have hip to hip scar. 3 ectopic pregnancies removed, 2 c-sections, hysterectomy, 2 ovarian cyst removal surgeries, & finally ovaries removed all on same scar. Should have just put a zipper in. Muscles definitely cut. My pooch has gotten slightly smaller, but Dr told me it's there for life & too much ab work could possibly make it distend even worse due to wrong muscles being involved since the others were cut.

I just had my second c-section in April. This time with twins. I'm hoping I can do something about the extra stuff on my belly too...
