cravings

I have cravings for bad food everyday. How do you overcome this?

    time :) It gets easier... also try fitting small portions of your favorite foods into your macros :) Helps kick the craving, and keeps you from binging on it later :)

    I've tried to cut out things I love before and it doesn't work for me, I feel like I'm depriving myself so I just think "stuff it!" and I binge! Now I'm doing it properly, cutting back on instead of cutting out the things I love. I still have chocolate and pizza etc, I just make sure they fit in my day and work around them. I also eat between 1850 and 1900 cals a day so it's slightly easier for me (not sure where your cal intake sits). Obviously you still need some self control, but I just think if I can have it today, hell I can have some tomorrow or the next day as long as it fits. :smile:
