I have cravings for bad food everyday. How do you overcome this?

It gets easier... also try fitting small portions of your favorite foods into your macros

I've tried to cut out things I love before and it doesn't work for me, I feel like I'm depriving myself so I just think "stuff it!" and I binge! Now I'm doing it properly, cutting back on instead of cutting out the things I love. I still have chocolate and pizza etc, I just make sure they fit in my day and work around them. I also eat between 1850 and 1900 cals a day so it's slightly easier for me (not sure where your cal intake sits). Obviously you still need some self control, but I just think if I can have it today, hell I can have some tomorrow or the next day as long as it fits.
