Dumbbell presses

Hey guys, I was wondering if you have any tips for incline and flat dumbbell press?.I have perfect form on my flat and incline bench and i feel my chest after exercises ,but when i do dumbbells not so much.It is the same form as for bench or it is different?.


any tips?

    Try some different presses; palms facing in, for example. I also do a press where I start normally (palms out) and then rotate to touch the "opposite" ends of the dumbells to each other over my chest.

    I also need to lower my arms further than a normal bench press would allow for more range of motion. Go SLOW and do the mind/muscle connection thing.

    Also try "flys" where your arms are straight - usually with less weight.

    If you are not feeling it as much, you may need to get a partner and add some weight.
