How many people use these or are considering using these?

They are what got me started in doing all this stuff.

They make it so easy to track everything because they do all the math for you. All you have to do is take your steps, record your workouts, and log your food in, and it does all the rest, and gives you updated information on everything that you need to know right on your phone. Plus, they remind you to get up off your butt and move.

If I had to do all that stuff manually, I would never do it because I would not have time to do anything else (like exercise).

I started out with a Jawbone UP24. I then moved through several different ones as my needs changed. Fitbit, Garmin, Polar, Basis. I started getting more into doing activity sessions and needed one that could do custom activities, and not just a small handful of preset activities, so I invested in a Garmin fenix 3.

I think it should be a law that everyone has to have one of these things... :)
