My heart doctor gave me a diet that involves drinking this shake. I want to know if anyone has used this for weight loss and has it worked.

    I was at the store to buy Slim Fast, and a customer who is a doctor suggested I buy protein shakes instead. He told me it was a better idea. It makes sense to me!
