Help!

In need of some help, finding healthy foods that i actually enjoy eating, for me i love cereal and that always makes my weight go up : (

    I don't know where to start! lol. First thing I think it that cereal is yummy, and it's quick and easy. If you find yourself going for it because ti's the easiest, try planning ahead and cutting up some carrots and tomatoes in a tupperware, or slice up some apples and put it in a baggie. Buy individual containers of greek yogurt. Buy pre-peeled hard boiled eggs. Make homeade meals when you do have time and double the recipe so you can go for leftovers.

    If you plan ahead, I think it would be hard to not be able to find something heatlhy you enjoy eating! Also, don't worry about eating time appropriate meals. If it's breakfast and you don't like any healthy breakfast foods...have some chicken.
