    Hi Duy, my name is Betts. MFP is a fantastic app. Both my husband and I have been using it for about 18 months now and have done great. I went off of tracking for about 4 months and unfortunately gained back 15 lbs of what I had lost. You really do have to keep using it and it is easy to do, it just takes some discipline to remember. Don't beat yourself up when you go over your calorie day, you can treat it as a maintenance day and move on. My goal right now is to get back where I was in the spring of this year and then continue to use the app to maintain. This time around I have started taking advantage of the community and made some friends online. It really helps you to stay motivated and feels good to help others do the same.
