Hi there

I'm a soon to be 35-year-old, mother of 3 getting back on the bandwagon. Live in Vancouver, BC and own my own business so I get to work from home = sitting on my but and getting bigger.

    Make this 4th attempt the time you nail it! You can do this, you don't have to fall off the wagon ever again. Eat at a sensible deficit, move more and don't deprive and you will most certainly succeed. Wishing you the best of luck.

    i'm back this week for 3rd time, work at home, mom of 5. We can do this. I was super successful my 1st time, horrible my 2nd time, but i'm goign to do it this time!
