So I screwed up the first time after losing 60lbs. Well I've lost over half of it again. My biggest problem is all the extra energy. I used to drag my *kitten* out of bed at 8:30 if I was lucky. Now I wake up at 4:30 or 5 and im working out and having breakfast before the sun comes up. Keep at it people.

Great job. If I may ask, how long was the time frame between losing it and regaining it to getting back on the right track again?

I lost 108 lb on Weight Watchers, put half back over 2 or 3 years. I was always bad about dairying what I ate and with this program it's actually fun for me. It's a kind of nagging I permit and even enjoy. It really does work for me. I'm losing slowly and I would rather have it fast but sometimes life just isn't like that. I will enjoy the journey as much as the destination.

Well done for taking control of your life and fighting back.....so many lose, gain it all and more back, get despondent and just lay down and give up. But not you. You are fighting the good fight and doing it well.

Congratulations, I wish you continued success and all the best.

March to aug 2013 was when I had lost it all and kept it off. I slowly started to screw up and then by ealier this year it was all back minus 6 lbs.

My biggest mistake was getting off of MFP. I now know I'm not responsible enough to eat without using mfp as an aid.

Congrats on getting rid of that much weight. I feel that when I lost it fast I didnt appreciate the loss as much as I do now that its slower. Keep at it.
