Upper/Lower vs. Push/pull vs 5x5 ---- For buffing up?

So well, as I know if you want to pack on lean mass (muscle) on a particular muscle group or in overall.. Increasing frequency is much more important than increasing intensity, sets or exercises for a particular muscle or all of the muscles.

I was thinking on changing my lifting split to one of this 3:

1. Upper/Lower

Monday - Upper
Tuesday - Lower
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Lower
Friday - Upper
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Rest
2. Push/pull

Monday - Push
Tuesday - Pull
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Pull
Friday - Push
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Rest
3. 5x5 (Strong lifts)

Program

Monday -

Workout A
Squat 5x5
Bench 5x5
Row 5x5

Tuesday - Rest

Wednesday -

Workout B
Squat 5x5
Overhead Press 5x5
Deadlift 1x5

Thursday - Rest

Friday -

Workout A (As on monday)

Saturday - Rest

Sunday - Rest

What do you guys think would be the best option for gaining muscles? (Bulking)

Look into PHUL or ICF 5x5.

I wouldn't go for StrongLifts 5x5 if you're not a beginner... ICF 5x5 pretty much builds upon it and adds accessory work which is more desirable for someone who's been lifting for a while.

Despite Blaha's "fitness politics", ICF 5x5 is a good program.

PHUL does seem pretty good. It's definitely what I'm going to use for my next bulk.

Have you looked at Wendler ' s 531? You can set it up as push/pull and he has a lot of suggested templates for assistance exercises. If you're bulking Boring But Big might be up your alley. You can Google for details and look at the 531 calculator at blackironbeast.com to see how it would look for you. You can mess around with other templates there too.
