Starting over

Hello! I was on MFP years ago after my daughter was born. I lost 80lb, I was 15lb from my pre-preg weight which is a good, comfortable weight for me. Then I started back at work... a desk job. Not getting home until 6pm. A quick meal, bathtime, relax and bed... I lost track of EVERYTHING.
Gained 50lb back, I've been diagnosed with sever ibs-d (which causes me to barely eat for weeks due to pain and then eat too much when I'm feeling better, anticipating the pain returning).
I always do better losing weight in the colder months, I'm not really sure why haha so... it's almost autumn, time to get moving and keep myself accountable.

Having friends on the same ride helps a lot. I'm a supportive friend whether you're losing 5lb, 50lb, 500lb, maintaining or bulking muscle. I take all advise and research the hell out of it haha.
so feel free to add me :)

    Welcome back :]

I completely understand the struggle of the 'desk job'. I'm sitting in front of a computer all day, every day for 8 hours! I see many people here purchasing activity trackers and counting their daily steps and I feel a little left out because I have no steps to record! I do make sure I exercise 4 times a week which has definitely helped the process but we can still do this regardless of our sedentary jobs - keep that in mind! You can lose those 50lbs gained and you'll find plenty of support here to keep you on track! Very best of luck to you!
