The amount of calories MFP says I ate is lower than when I added up my macros

MFP says the calories that I ate was 2,100 but when I add up the macros (multiplying amount of fat by 9 and carbs and protein by 4) it says I ate 2,250. Which is correct? Thank you

That's why it's more accurate to track your macros instead of calories. Nutrition info and calorie counts will not always be spot on. It's about being consistent though and adjusting as you become more familiar with your body.(:

How much was dietary fiber? That could account for discrepancies.
