New To FitnessPal

Just wanted to say "Hi" and give my username (thewalkingdeb). I am in the 50+ category so will contribute there, as well as in other discussions. I am most fond of my Fitbit - it has been marvelous in motivating me to exercise and eat healthier; just getting out and walking 3-4 days a week improves my mood and helped me to drop 25+ pounds (try not to weigh myself too often, as this can be de-motivating). That's it for now - hope to be "chatting" with some of you soon!
