    Strength training day 1:
    Fats <90 gm
    Carbs ~ 300gm
    Protein ~ 280gm
    Now got problems with my regular bowels. :|

    I dont remember any exact figures but my biggest day of eating was 4,309 calories and i only weigh 66 kg

    The amount that ultra-marathoners eat is crazy. I think they strive for ~ 500 Cal an hour on average

    Fat- 111g
    Carbs- 750g
    Protein- 250g

    It's not a competition.

    This line-up should work for most people unless they are at the extreme end of the spectrum:

    Protein: 100-150 g/day
    Fat: 60-110 g/day
    Carbs: 160-280g/day
