So I'm new to the community forums. Not new to myfitnesspal. I figured moral support may be a great thing. 5'2 barely 134.8 currently. Pretty petite frame. Had a hysterectomy in December and my body has went haywire. I'd like to drop another 8-10lbs. I'm currently doing low carb, under 55grams, high protein and high healthy fats. So far, so good. I don't do wheat due to a severe gluten intolerance. I think the culprit to my wait gain after hysterectomy was GF stuff. We shall see.

Hi :]
It's great to see you wanting to maintain a healthy lifestyle! Don't beat yourself up about your body going haywire after your hysterectomy - you're a human being and obviously a strong one. I hope you find the community helpful - I've personally found so much support and incredible advice here and it's keeping me positive, I hope you feel the same. Best of luck!0 -
