What are your opinions on this bulking programme? Layne norton claims to be natty however I doubt it lol but still all I hear is good about it even from natty users. Anyone tried it? how was your experience?

Layne's program is great but on your power days you HAVE to load up that weight. Take the squat for example, a lot of people are scared to fail on this exercise so they don't take themselves any where need the weight they need to fail on that last rep. Make the power rack your friend

well "Layne Norton extract" or better known as Laynificuous manlinosus as defined by the FDA has anabolic properties but has not been ruled as an illegal substance or deemed "unnatural"0 -
